Wake-Up Casserole

Wake-Up Casserole is a great recipe for breakfast or brunch and would be perfect to make this Easter Sunday!



It's easy to make, pairs well with any other breakfast foods, and feeds large groups.




It's also one that little hands can help with because it only requires a few basic ingredients...

Wake-Up Casserole

8 frozen hash brown patties
2-3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups cubed fully cooked ham
7 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard

Step 1. Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish. Lay the hash brown patties in the bottom of the pan.

Step 2. Spread cheese and ham evenly on top of the hash browns. 



Step 3. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, milk, salt and ground mustard with a whisk. Then pour over the cheese and ham.



Step 4. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 min. Then remove foil and bake for an additional 15-25 min. or until the top is golden and fork inserted comes out clean.



Step 5. Be sure to bless the food!...
Then serve.
